Blooming Now
While Hummingbird Sage and Yarrow are blooming now, Flannel Bush (Fremontadendron) and California Lilac (Ceanothus) are on deck. They are often the first fireworks in the boisterous celebration that is spring in LA. See more of the lovely that is Blooming Now!
Sustain Your Garden
Rain is great! Abundant weeds and standing pools of water, not so much. Now is the time to get on top of weeds and identify water collection points. Standing water may indicate a lack of flow or provide breeding grounds for mosquitos.
