The first phase of the Tujunga Garden of Resilience and Inclusion along the east entrance of our community added native plant habitat and community connection. We’re excited to expand upon both!
We’ve loved every moment of engaging with Sunland-Tujunga Forward in this garden, and we expect you will too! STF brings snacks, coffee and tools, and an abundance of goodwill. We recommend you prepare with sunscreen, broad hats, gloves, stable shoes, and clothes that can see some dust.
This fall, we’ll expand the planted area with irrigation support further east.
In the meantime, we hope you’ll enjoy the growing native foliage and wildflowers waving at you as you pass Foothill and Pali!
